Whole-Nutrient Earth Foods Fertilizer Manufacturing Plant

The first successful completion of a Share Innovation 2024 project in this year was the EF Full Nutrient Biochemical Organic Fertilizer Factory in Inner Mongolia.

Since 2019, KhaiEL has collaborated extensively with Sinochem China on numerous environmental management and agricultural disease prevention projects, while also promoting 'Fair Trade for Living Soil', returning full nutrients to the soil, and then through food, returning health to people.

In April 2024, the first Earth Foods factory in China was established in Inner Mongolia, marking the systematic promotion of full-nutrient fertilizers in China through a biochemical organic fertilizer approach.

Desolate Beauty

In collaboration with Sinochem Commerce, KhaiEL will provide production training for a fertilizer manufacturing plant in Inner Mongolia.

This initiative aims to elevate local production from low-end to full-nutrient compound fertilizers, specifically organic-inorganic compound fertilizers.

As part of this effort, we traveled to a remote area about two hours' drive from Chifeng City, a region known for its desolate beauty.

Equipment Inside the Composting Plant

Unfortunately, the compost drying process involves using high temperatures obtained from burning coal, wasting a significant amount of energy and causing pollution.

Therefore, in the future, we will provide high-temperature fermentation technology to this composting plant. This technology uses high-temperature microorganisms to evaporate the moisture from the compost, eliminating the need for coal burning.

The journey is long and challenging

Finally, Mr. Marchin summarized the equipment's performance over the past week and the subsequent optimization tasks.

He emphasized that a good product also requires effective management, precise quality raw materials, and cost-effective control to ensure that the journey of promoting the "Fair Trade for Living Soil" concept through organic-inorganic compound fertilizers can go further.

After all, China's soil is in great need of a revival of full-nutrient fertilizers.
