Improvement in Oil Palm Quality
In Malaysia's hot and humid climate, the rapid deterioration of harvested fruits necessitates immediate transportation for processing. However, the remote location of plantations deep within the forest makes this transportation challenging, time-consuming, and risky.
KhaiEL Earth Foods' fertilizer technology helps extend the freshness of harvested fruits, effectively reducing plantation losses by preventing spoilage for an extended period.

Improvement in Oil Extraction Rate

- FREE FATTY ACID (FFA%) that above 5% is classified as non-edible palm oil
- DOBI (Deterioration of Bleachability Index) above 3 is considered as good quality.
Sepang July 2013: Report of Palm Oil Extraction Quantity after using Earth Foods Eco-Revitalizer (EFER)

In 2002, an individual mill in Sabah achieved the highest Oil Extraction Rate (OER) of 24.11%.
By August 2019, Malaysia's average OER was 20.61%.
However, plantations using EFER technology for two years, without increasing planting costs, have achieved an OER of 26.7%.
This significant improvement offers substantial economic benefits, particularly for large plantation owners with substantial annual production capacities.
